There is a guest worker program available for any immigrant who wants to come work on farms or in hotels. There is not a guest worker program for criminals, rapists, rioters, instigators, brick delivery people, etc. The Chinese students are different since every immigrant from China is by default a spy or they would not be allowed to leave China. Three caught with pathogens are not the only ones. Get rid of the Chinese too.
