Dosage?

If you get the one I and Viking both showed in earlier posts from Zeo Health, it comes with a small scoop that holds approximately a gram. That’s the dosage per use. It’s about an eighth of a tsp I would guess.

Zeolite is inert and if you exceed the dosage a little, I don’t think it can hurt you.

Zeolite has a molecular structure that looks like a lattice under magnification. It is also carrying a positive charge. As heavy metals come in contact with it, they are drawn in to the latticework because they are negatively charged and eventually the zeolite with the trapped toxic metals inside are flushed out of your system by your liver and kidneys.
