What is going on?
On April 28, 2025, at 11:01 UTC,as reported by Insider Paper a major blackout across France, Spain, and Portugal. Power grids collapsed, plunging millions into darkness. The timing mid-morning on a Monday maximized disruption, hitting infrastructure, communications, and economies hard. This isn’t a natural disaster; but is it a deliberate act in a shadow war between the Deep State and the White Hats?
The Deep State alphabet agencies (CIA, NSA), globalist elites (WEF, Rothschilds), and EU puppets thrives on chaos to maintain control. A blackout serves their agenda. Economic Destabilization- France, Spain, and Portugal are Eurozone economies. A blackout cripples markets, halts production, and spikes inflation (The Power Elite by C. Wright Mills, 1956). The Deep State could short European stocks, profiting billions via dark pool trades (Dark Pools by Scott Patterson, 2012).
Distraction from Ops: The Deep State may be moving assets trafficking routes, black money, or bioweapons under cover of darkness. The CIA as Organized Crime by Douglas Valentine (2016) details how crises mask illicit ops. France’s ports (Marseille) and Spain’s (Barcelona) are trafficking hubs.
