Time for the DOJ and others to hammer the recalcitrant Harvard's and others with the False Claims Act, passed over 150 years ago. It allows for the gov't or any individual (whistleblower) to sue these schools that receive federal funding and who also discriminate against anyone. If successful, the penalty is 3x the amount obtained from the gov't. It also gives the person bringing the suit the right to receive 30% of the amount of federal funds if successful.
