I've been thinking about this correlation for a while. Obviously China is under full blown communist control, but is it possible they are operating under a completely different ideology than the woke west? They are not into all the LGBTQ stuff or mixed races, but maybe that is the reason they see themselves as an ally to the US?

This guy meets with politicians to advocate for such things and still seems to be pretty limited. He did go recently and was able to help get research funding moving again after it was out on hold by the federal spending freezes.
