Amazing. Brits might actually lighten up on gun ownership if enough muslims start bringing them in.
Possessing a Firearm
  • Without a Certificate (Section 1 or 2 Firearms Act 1968):
    • It’s an offense to possess a firearm or shotgun without a valid certificate unless exempt (e.g., certain air weapons or antiques under specific conditions).
    • Penalty: Triable either way (magistrates’ or Crown Court). Maximum sentence is 7 years’ imprisonment, a fine, or both. Average sentences tend to be around 4 years, depending on aggravating factors like whether the firearm was loaded or used.
  • Prohibited Weapons (Section 5 Firearms Act 1968):
    • This includes handguns, automatic firearms, and other weapons banned for civilian use without special authority from the Secretary of State.
    • Penalty: Triable either way. Maximum sentence is 10 years’ imprisonment. There’s a mandatory minimum of 5 years for adults (21+) unless "exceptional circumstances" are proven (e.g., no intent to harm). For those aged 18–20, the minimum is 5 years in a young offenders’ institution; for 16–17, it’s 3 years.
    • Examples of prohibited weapons: handguns (banned since 1997 post-Dunblane), machine guns, or disguised firearms.
  • Possession with Intent (e.g., Sections 16, 16A, 18):
    • If possession involves intent to endanger life, cause fear of violence, or commit an indictable offense, penalties escalate.
    • Penalty: Up to life imprisonment in severe cases (e.g., intent to endanger life), with typical sentences ranging from 2 to 15 years based on intent and weapon type.
  • Carrying in a Public Place (Section 19):
    • Possessing a loaded firearm (or unloaded with ammunition) in public without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.
    • Penalty: Maximum of 7 years’ imprisonment.
  • Mitigating Factors: Sentences can be reduced if the firearm is incomplete, unloaded, or the offender proves lack of knowledge/intent. However, possession alone is often enough for conviction due to strict liability.
Selling a Firearm
  • Unlawful Sale by Non-Registered Dealers (Section 3 Firearms Act 1968):
    • Selling firearms or ammunition without being a registered firearms dealer is illegal.
    • Penalty: Triable either way. Maximum is 7 years’ imprisonment, a fine, or both.
  • Selling Prohibited Weapons (Section 5(2A)):
    • Manufacturing, selling, or transferring prohibited weapons/ammunition without Home Office authority.
    • Penalty: Maximum of 10 years’ imprisonment, with a mandatory minimum of 5 years for adults unless exceptional circumstances apply. Sentences can reach life imprisonment if linked to organized crime or terrorism.
  • Selling to Prohibited Persons (Section 21(5)):
    • Selling or transferring a firearm to someone banned from possession (e.g., ex-convicts with sentences over 3 years).
    • Penalty: Maximum of 5 years’ imprisonment.
Additional Notes

Biden not signing nearly any of his EO's and Pardons is picking up steam too. Someone in his office was using an auto pen.

Yep. Plus an X in early January stating that Trump's people knew staffers and Cabinet Secs were signing them also. Said they would be prosecuted. So far, none have. The first indictment/prosecution will do more to correct this stuff than most everything else.

Just a thought...

They're holding Out because we're not really in space...? I remember someone posting a picture of them waving around Christmas decorations or whatever it was....and someone commenting on "how TF can they have anything related to Christmas with them whenever they were supposed to be back on "Earth" 4-5 months before Christmas.."

This could be the exposure of the lies involving our "space programs" that is used for money laundering of tax dollars and weather control experiments. I know I'm preaching to the choir here....

Sorry for the Captain Obvious rant, the Saturday morning wake and bake touched me a little deeper than I expected.

Not sure if you all have heard of Hasan Piker... He's Cenk Uygurs nephew or something. He's a multimillionaire communist. He streams on Twitch which is owned by Amazon... he told his followers to kill Rickt Scott. Said live on stream and then defended it. Twitch "banned" him for one day. He's back on there still calling for violence on pubs and Trump supporters.

Dude needs to go to jail and let them guys get ahold of that millionaire ass.

Funny how many of these people advocate communism and claim they are communists but engage in capitalism. "OK for me but not for thee."

Communists are allowed to get away with whatever they want.
