Anyone see any competency? Dems like her and Milley like their badges and medals

Karen Bass
Kamala Harris
Keisha Lance Bottoms

These were Biden’s 3 finalist for VP. Think about that for a minute, 3 of the most incompetent individuals in American politics.

- Kamala, we got to witness her stupidity for 4 years
- Karen Bass’s incompetence has been on full display the past week, plus just learning of her dozens of trips to Cuba (reminds me of Tim Walz and China trips)
- Keisha was mayor of Atlanta, during Covid the city went to shit she stuck her head in the sand and basically quit half way through her term. Chose not to run for reelection because the job was too stressful.

What a perfect example of the left’s absolute worship of identity politics and their feelings over facts mantra. No focus on meritocracy or competency. How do we keep electing these losers, communists who visited Cuba and China dozens of times were this close to being our last two VPs. The media constantly covers up for these losers we really need to have people who bring this shit out before people elect them, hopefully X and other platforms will allow that to happen and these charlatans will be exposed before being placed in high ranking positions.

Australia uses wave energy to pump and desalinate ocean water. Bouys rise and fall with the waves to produce electricity. No external energy required.
the only thing I could find was this company. Seems like they have a system that is in development. They only list government funded projects and modeling projects on their website, meaning no commercially viable installations. Also no technical data available on their products. Sounds like a good idea but not fully developed.

dont remember where i read it. This is wat chat says about it.

Yes, there are ongoing efforts globally to harness ocean wave energy for electricity production and to use this energy for seawater desalination. This dual approach addresses both renewable energy generation and freshwater scarcity, especially in coastal areas.
### Wave Energy Conversion
1. **Technology**: Various technologies have been developed to capture wave energy, including oscillating water columns, point absorbers, and attenuators. These devices convert the kinetic and potential energy of ocean waves into mechanical or electrical energy.
2. **Examples**:
- **Pelamis Wave Power**: Although the company ceased operations, it was one of the first to develop a successful wave energy converter prototype.
- **WaveRoller**: A device that captures energy from waves near the seabed and has been deployed for testing in various locations.
### Desalination
1. **Integration with Desalination**: Wave energy can power desalination technologies such as reverse osmosis or thermal desalination, providing a sustainable source of freshwater. The integration can be achieved directly, where wave energy powers desalination plants, or indirectly, where electricity generated from wave energy is used to run these plants.
2. **Pilot Projects**:
- **Oceans of Energy**: A pilot project in the Netherlands aims to combine wave energy generation with green hydrogen production, which can in turn be used in desalination processes.
- **AquaGen**: Some emerging startups and research projects explore using wave energy directly to drive desalination processes.
