good question. Although I don’t believe there is going to ever be another civil war.
Hear me out, if we are to believe that elections were rigged for a while, they have control of even local politicians, they command our military, they can print a bajillion dollars. Why they need for censorship, lies, propaganda, or even the optics of a fair election? Because without us, they are powerless. Once we turn on them, their statutory laws mean nothing, our military doesn’t work for them any longer, and they lose trillions in revenue. Ppl just gotta wake up. We are the sleeping giant.

Just not sure how we could get voter ID without an amendment. Would seem to encroach on state legs right to conduct elections.

Any lawyers wanna break this down for us?

I'd agree with 99% of this other than every pol being controlled.

It's obvious some slip through the cracks / sometimes they can't get enough rigging in place (Trump, MTG, Ron and Rand).

Not a lawyer but fairly simple to figure out. If you want fed $$ you will have paper ballots with ID in any election. Mail in ballots by request only and only when request is accompanied by ID. Even the libs couldn't fk this up.

He shouldn’t testify if he is trying to limit his defense to the jurisdictional argument. (He is not a sitting President and cannot, therefore, be removed. The trial is a legal nullity).

If he was going to consider testifying it would be on the issues of his right to make the statements he made about the election, the veracity of those statements and whether those statements and his speech amounted to an insurrection. He might consider testifying on the condition that he be granted full discovery rights on election legitimacy and fraud issues to include enforceable subpoena power. Of course Senate Dems will never agree to that. If he can’t put on evidence corroborating his position that the election was illegitimate he shouldn’t testify.

I know President Trump likes to fight and has extreme confidence in his ability to persuade and win people over. His experience has justifiably given him that confidence but that doesn’t always work out. This would be like going to a knife fight in a straight jacket.

The letter requesting his appearance is a PR stunt. If they were serious they would have reached out to his attorneys.

TLDR: No he shouldn’t appear.

The only thing that comes of his testifying is a set-up for some bs perjury claim in the future. Its like a dem insurance policy

I’ll live in a bombed out America that’s in a constant state of war before I kneel to the globalists and hand over America without firing a single shot. JMO, but I’m having a hard time see any other option right now. I truly believe that if a legit rebel army was formed to restore the republic, thousands of people working within the military and in the civilian world would turn on their superiors who don’t support the constitution. I know I sure as hell would.
I agree with your second point about handcuffing the troops.

I still don't understand how it would be Constitutional.

It's not like they can retroactively tie fed $$$ to voting. That shit would get overturned quickly I'd guess.

All these orders from Judges will play well in Giuliani's, Powell's and others lawsuits and counter-suits with and against Dominion, Smartmatic and Big Tech. This assumes there is no "losing" of files and data beforehand.
