Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Still haven't found the exact tapestry from the photo but I'm 99% sure its a Venetian tapestry that's depicting the death of Ananias by the canals in Venice. The massive plant looking object in the top left matches many other Venetian artworks depicting the canals and the scene from the photo appears worried or distraught.
Found lots of other interesting stuff while I was digging including the name and origins of Mar-a-Lago's original owner and designer.

So when we updated the forum license, we paid for something called the XenForo media gallery.
It could be a useful way for organizing and keeping track of good info (and lulz) if we can figure out how to use it.

We're looking for sites that are using the media gallery so we can get a better idea of how our users may be able to use it when we launch ... anyone have any links to good media gallery examples?? Not sure if we want to use it or not ..... Thanks!
