Randomly met Hank Aaron one day at a store in ATL. Talked a few minutes and told him how my dad used to take our tball and baseball teams to the Braves games every year (we lived in Kansas for while so a few years of the Royals games too) and getting autographed balls. He asked if I'd ever got his. When I told him I had not wouldn't bother him further and it was just an honor to meet baseball royalty. He told me to meet him back there in an hour. I didn't think he was serious but he came back and handed me an official ball that he had autographed and told me to be sure I did the same for my son some day (taking them to the ball games). He didn't have to do that but I'll never forget how cool that moment was. RIP Hank.Hearing rumors in Atlanta that Hank Aaron passed away today. He got the vaccine 17 days ago. Because the Mobility officer should mobilize the various support units needed to supply the troops. If there aren't facilities, for instance, he can move them in. Or demand to his CO that something be done if he is not getting a response.
This is the type of story that will enrage most Trump supporters and many will not wait to for all the details because this is how we expect the Libs to treat our troops. Just give it a minute and make sure that the story is accurate and complete. For instance- do you know the answer to these questions:
- how many troops sleeping outside and for how long?
- why?
- who made the decision to put them there?
- when was it made?
- did any officer report substandard and unacceptable conditions?
- what was the result of the report?
- why are GOP governors like DeSantis and Abbot sending their NGs to DC for this bullshit anyways?

I’m not saying this is bullshit or anything. But do C-17s land at DCA? (Since that’s the airport in DC) More likely andrews AFB? Is that what was meant? And if so, way was a TFR over DC when andrews is quite a ways outside? Could be an easy answer but I’m trying to understand.
