Wayne Allen Roots' article is exactly how Trump should be handling the vaccine stuff. Trump won't because his ego will not allow him to spread that message and will in turn alienate many Trump supporters. While most of us definitely do agree with almost all of what Trump was trying to accomplish, many of us will also view his views on the poison jabs as a red flag. Unless he does what Root laid out in his article you posted. Which he has not done so with near enough conviction or publicity enough.

I've thought a lot about Trump and his position on the vaxx and the way I figure is that he has the democrats boxed into a corner and the left desperately need him to denounce the vaxx, but instead he keeps pushing it. This means he's forcing democrats to denounce the vaxx in order to denounce Trump. Some 4D chess going on here
Not a bad thought and one that I wish I could buy into. However I do not buy that with Trump at all. Trump thinks too much of himself to try and sabotage something he claims to be responsible for. He has taken too much credit to back down now and his views about it are well documented. He has been very swampy on the entire vaccine push and it is disconcerting to say the least.
Govt sent half the FBI to investigate a Nascar garage so it seems logical in this incident.
The problem with this stance depends on the state you live in and if the company you work for is employee at will. Company workaround is to eliminate your position and not officially back fill it.
By elimnating the position they can terminate your employment, but you qualify for severance.

Trump is dug in on the vaxx and I understand why.. he cant backtrack now and abandon it.. I think alot of it stems back to Operation Warp Speed and him trying to jump out in front..also right before the election too. Just think he's come way to far w MAGA to just throw it all away and not not have some sort of plan. People can say "go get your shot" all they want. yeah it disconcerting but I still ain't taking it...my main problem is mandates which I don't think would be an issue under Trump
