Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Welp, my company mandated vaccines. I got an exemption but it sure feels like there's a target on my back. I'm very nervous.
HR and VP Sales went over it with me today and promised that if I hit my numbers, I'm cool. He's full of shit.
I can't go to NSM, see any other employees, or call on any offices; I have to be 100% remote.
Anyone know where I can get an RN to not give me a shot for $1,000? DM me

I had to celebrate family Christmas today with mom and brothers family (THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE VAX…but my SIL is retarded liberal). Well my nephew was sneezing and coughing and all around sick….but it’s ok bc he is 15 and vaccinated so even if he catches it….he will be ok. WTF yore bringing your sick germ ass infested family around me…..and you wanna know about my Vax….health.
Well before 9 am I told her to FRO, informed her this isn’t a vax….then watched her google and frown in front of everyone as she was wrong, then MY AUNT DIED. No shit.
Crazy day but I am serious….in my area I know people that would get real sick and not go to the doctor while denying the exact symptoms. So they may have had it BUT won’t admit. He's a true 2 way middie. Not so common anymore. If he needs to play attack, he's good there, too.
He's going back in July for the allstar game (conviently scheduled between APEX and UAAA). Maryland is now my summer home away from home.
Cool thing. The goalie for Loyola (MD) is an Oakwood boy. We know him well. Great guy. REALLY good goalie. The Loyola coach noticed Max's helmet (he purposely wore his hs helmet instead of his club or UAAA helmet) and asked if he knew Whitaker. "Yes, sir. I've scored on him." ()
By the end of the day, he and a couple of other coaches were calling Max by name instead of his number.
