Follow up on the Missouri AG sending notice to all school districts regarding the removal mask mandates.

The initial response from most districts was that they retained the authority the mandate masks in the classroom. The AG asked the public the turn in districts that didn’t comply with his message and remove their mandates. Now a week later all of the St Louis area districts are starting to drop their mask mandates. Our district just sent notice that after Christmas break masks in the classroom will be optional. Some of the most conservative judges in the country have stated as much in their rulings so this isn’t some sort of radical idea either.

Again by your same logic a business could mandate that an employee must treat their cancer in a certain way. A business would be able to fire an employee for not getting radiation treatment and chemotherapy. Business cannot mandate an employees healthcare decision. I’ve also never heard of a business having a non-smoking policy. I can see have a non-smoking policy while on duty.
