• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

They don't have to. All they have to do is see the survival rate being 99.998% on the CDC website. Case closed. There's next to no risk for kids. And the fact that this "vaccine" is so incredibly controversial and has had no long term studies done (how could it?) is all any parent should need to know about putting their kids at risk.

Otherwise you are bombarded from friends, family, coworkers/bosses/employees, tv, radio, Twitter, Facebook and on and on. Not to mention google skewing results even if you look for additional info.

The people that deserve the blame are the pharmaceutical companies, cdc, fda, media and governments. You could blame some Drs too, but I’m not convinced doctors in general are much more intelligent than the general population.

I ran into an old buddy this weekend. He’s a successful, smart guy. He got jabbed for the federal contractor EO and was shocked that I wasn’t (we are both engineers that do federal work). His 8yr old daughter asked for the shot and he doesn’t want her to get it but is considering letting her choose. I gave him my basic opinion on the matter and told him that my kids will not get that shot and I already told my wife my kids are going to homeschool if it ever becomes required for school.

Parents should know better but a lot of people just don’t see alternative information. I think you are being too hard on them.

FUCK THAT. There's too much fucking smoke about "misinformation, disinformation, fact check: not a single fucking person has died from the vaccine or anything bad ever happened from it" for me as a pretty average dipshit who is just curious enough to want to learn a little bit about everything....to believe everyone else just has some magical forcefield around their brains that keep them innocently ignorant of this shit. Its pure fucking laziness and denial at this point. They have zero excuse to say "I didn't know" by now. No, you fucking heard bad things but you thought your dickbag family doctor is the most brilliant person in your life so you pivoted and ignored what thousands of normal schmucks have been screaming for months.

Played golf with a buddy yesterday whose wife is a APRN. We got to talking about the jab which he has had and he asked me if I had gotten it. Said absolutely not, I went the ivermectin route and he said he's never heard about it. I've mentioned before that my pharmacist told me that ivermectin has no effect on a person that gets covid.
