In other words, 0.0819% of the vaccinated group got Covid, and 0.3242% of the unvaccinated group got Covid. With these numbers, the unvaccinated group is about 4x more likely to get Covid. I think it's debatable if the numbers rise above the overall noise level in the data. I'm willing to believe that the vaccines can marginally reduce your odds of having a symptomatic infection. "Marginal" being a key word here.
