• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Hillary’s Russian Dossier and Other Legal and Media Travesties

By Clarice Feldman

Save for the Wall Street Journal, few big media operations have reporters with the background or editors and media producers with journalistic principles to accurately inform you about legal matters. This week, looking at John Durham’s Danchenko indictment and the Kyle Rittenhouse case in Kenosha, Wisconsin, that point was made crystal clear.

The Hillary Dossier
It has taken far too long for the Department of Justice to reveal the underpinnings of the phony Trump-Russian collusion story, a story in which Clinton associates and contractors fobbed off shoddy opposition research as “intelligence” to a credulous and corrupt FBI and press. But this week, we are finally getting to the genesis. We know now that the FBI was not duped, but knew the truth -- that the Dossier which the press had trumpeted as proof of the collusion was a complete lie, and yet kept the public in the dark about it.

My company has decided to fall in line with President Shitbritches. Here’s the email I received on Friday. I have good reason to file for medical exemption due to having Bells Palsy as a result of a vax a few years ago. I might file for a religious exemption too.

As Steve shared in today’s (Friday, November 5) video message, Company leadership strongly encourages our employees to be vaccinated, but we do not agree with mandating COVID-19 vaccinations. Recently, the federal government issued vaccination mandates for federal contractors and under Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) that will impact U.S. employees. These government mandates supersede state and local laws as well as company policies.

We are also seeing numerous customers that are requiring vendor employees who enter their facilities to be vaccinated. This is very similar to other customer credentialing requirements that we are accustomed to meeting as a condition of doing business.

Notwithstanding our individual or collective views on these mandates, we believe that we must prepare to comply with the requirements of the federal government and our customers in order to continue our critical, life-saving work.

What’s next?
• If you are fully vaccinated, there is no immediate action required. You are “fully vaccinated” if:
◦ You have received 2 doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or one dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
◦ Two weeks have passed since your final dose.

• If you are partially vaccinated, please complete the second dose as required.

• If you are not vaccinated, please consider getting your vaccine as soon as possible.
◦ You may take paid work time to get your vaccine and/or recover from potential side effects.
◦ Currently, the mandates require full vaccination by January 4, 2022.

• If you do not intend to be vaccinated based on medical necessity or religious belief, please contact your Human Resources Business Partner to request an exemption.
◦ If granted an exemption, you may be required to comply with other safety precautions such as frequent testing and wearing facial covering.
◦ We want to be as flexible as possible but recognize that there may be situations where it is impossible to meet customer demands and accommodate individual requests. If you are unable to perform the duties of your job, we may be forced to end your employment. As Steve said, we do not want to have to make that difficult decision.

• Before the end of the year, you will be asked to document your vaccination or accommodation information in a secure software platform. We will provide more detail about this program closer to its release date.
Regardless of mandates, the company encourages those who can get vaccinated to do so. This continues to be a very dynamic and fluid time. As the situation evolves, we will share information as it becomes available. Thank you for your ongoing dedication to our customers and delivering on our Purpose, Passion and Promise.
I’m in the same situation, minus the “we recommend you get jabbed” part. I’m not getting the shot. I think that my company seems to be trying to check the box with the feds. My decision was to file religious exemption. There are people I work with who want to make this a big issue. I think they are going to make themselves targets. I filed for an accommodation and I expect to receive it. I think unjabbed who play by the rules are going to be ok. I think people who make waves are going to get canned. I’m willing to lose my job over not getting the jab. I’m not willing to lose my job to make a statement. That’s just my opinion.

It also helps that many people in my office are not getting the shot. My company will not be able to fulfill their current contracts if all those people get canned. I’m sure they are figuring that out right now.

I’m calling HR tomorrow to push them to approve my accommodation quickly.
