I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pennsylvania State University is hiring a new Assistant Professor of Architecture, but is asking applicants to show their commitment to "anti-racism and anti-oppression."

The description for the job states that the position is "focused on architectural materials, construction methods and processes."

While the position is for applicants with a background in architecture, the posting states that the "ideal candidate" will work to "establish a culture of anti-racism and anti-oppression."

"The College of Arts & Architecture is working to establish a culture of anti-racism and anti-oppression that embraces individual identities, fosters a culture of inclusion, and promotes equity through curricula, values, standards, ideals, policies and practices," the description states. "The ideal candidate will provide evidence of their experience with, and interest in, contributing to these goals."

Applicants are instructed to explain in their cover letter "how equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging relate to your academic, research, creative activity, and/or service experience."

If the Jab mandates do get ruled unconstitutional, does this expose every business et al who forced these on people to massive lawsuits given no law had been passed by Congress?

If they are ruled unconstitutional the OBiden Admin will retaliate by imposing nationwide mask rules or something else draconian.
The courts, including the SCOTUS, have already ruled the jab mandates are constitutional both historically and during this pandemic.

The argument that will be made against Puddin’s mandate for businesses via OSHA will be that Congress didn’t give that agency, or the Secretary of any cabinet position, the authority to issue such an order.

This is why the state mandates continue to stand up in lower courts, and with the SCOTUS, as well as the mandates from private employers while the OSHA one will likely be blocked no matter how high Puddin hikes it up the chain.
 
My company has decided to fall in line with President Shitbritches. Here’s the email I received on Friday. I have good reason to file for medical exemption due to having Bells Palsy as a result of a vax a few years ago. I might file for a religious exemption too.

As Steve shared in today’s (Friday, November 5) video message, Company leadership strongly encourages our employees to be vaccinated, but we do not agree with mandating COVID-19 vaccinations. Recently, the federal government issued vaccination mandates for federal contractors and under Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) that will impact U.S. employees. These government mandates supersede state and local laws as well as company policies.

We are also seeing numerous customers that are requiring vendor employees who enter their facilities to be vaccinated. This is very similar to other customer credentialing requirements that we are accustomed to meeting as a condition of doing business.

Notwithstanding our individual or collective views on these mandates, we believe that we must prepare to comply with the requirements of the federal government and our customers in order to continue our critical, life-saving work.

What’s next?
• If you are fully vaccinated, there is no immediate action required. You are “fully vaccinated” if:
◦ You have received 2 doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or one dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
◦ Two weeks have passed since your final dose.

• If you are partially vaccinated, please complete the second dose as required.

• If you are not vaccinated, please consider getting your vaccine as soon as possible.
◦ You may take paid work time to get your vaccine and/or recover from potential side effects.
◦ Currently, the mandates require full vaccination by January 4, 2022.

• If you do not intend to be vaccinated based on medical necessity or religious belief, please contact your Human Resources Business Partner to request an exemption.
◦ If granted an exemption, you may be required to comply with other safety precautions such as frequent testing and wearing facial covering.
◦ We want to be as flexible as possible but recognize that there may be situations where it is impossible to meet customer demands and accommodate individual requests. If you are unable to perform the duties of your job, we may be forced to end your employment. As Steve said, we do not want to have to make that difficult decision.

• Before the end of the year, you will be asked to document your vaccination or accommodation information in a secure software platform. We will provide more detail about this program closer to its release date.
Regardless of mandates, the company encourages those who can get vaccinated to do so. This continues to be a very dynamic and fluid time. I’ve been thinking nonstop for the past two days about how I can take a stand. First step is file for exemption, but I also want to email our leadership and call them out for this bull shit. If they terminate my employment I guess I’ll sue.
