• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

The only problem with this is grapefruit and its juice are very detrimental to a large number of medications. There is an enzyme in grapefruit that breaks down the operative properties of many medicines. The last I heard was it broke down over 70 antibiotics and other medicines in particular statin drugs.

Appreciate you passing this along. It was an absolute bitch to buy but worth the effort. I'll happily support any and all FJB movements and making money in the process makes it even better. It looks like today they remapped the coin address and it's only gone up since. It's been a hell of an investment and love being a part of the ride.

I lived there for a bit when I was a little shaver. Then moved away and then returned. Met the maiden there. My brother went to Wando, class of ‘90. I went to school in New England. All my kin are from Georgetown/Columbia. Old Mt. Pleasant used to be a heck of a town till it swole up. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. SKOL!
