Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

The real question is, how does something like that get voted on the schoolboard in the first place. I know in my little town, people are wide awake regarding the school board, city council, county commissioners, they are all paying attention to who is running and who they vote for now. People like this disgusting thing will never serve another term when this one runs out.

I recently saw a video where you insist that people that speak at the public school board meetings that you have must first identify themselves and publicly state their address for the record. I find this highly offensive and reckless. It is obvious that you're using this as an intimidation tactic, knowing that these people put themselves at a significantly greater risk of harassment and violence by exposing their resident address. I hope that citizens are not dissuaded by your repulsive tactic and voice their displeasure with your district policies when appropriate. Regardless, you would be responsible for any harassment and violence these citizens might receive.
If you need to verify that someone addressing the board resides in the district that you represent, than can be arranged prior to the meeting with confidentiality.
You are exactly the kind of person who should never be in any position of political power, and I hope you lose your next election to the board.
