• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

You know someone they want to buy one? Ha! The primary advertising mechanism (Google Adsense) use across the internet is straight up cancer and that’s why we would like to sell them directly

We are also looking and trying to find sponsors for the podcast.

It’s not something we have to fix tonight, or even the next couple weeks, just gotta be thinking about things

I appreciate everyone’s feedback so far.

Up Patron to 10. I have no problem paying that, doubt others would as well. Doubles that revenue in a second. Doubt it is enough but sure it would help.

Send an email to Elon Musk, dude is up to $230 billion, he could probably spare $25k.

The other option is to try and go directly to someone like Bannon or Lindell and do a short-term ad on one of those sites to drive traffic here. They may even give you a 5 min spot on War Room if you pitch it well.

Would require more upfront capital, but might actually get you where you want to go sooner than the organic growth path.

I’m going to out on a limb and surmise that the Supreme Court would have something to say about a President’s ability to conspire in a crime and absolve all of his co-conspirators without having to impeach him before the pardons occur.

Now we do have a server in place, and we have a place (small office) for the server and internet. Basically is $500/month to keep that going, which we can mostly cover through patron support.

The other potential Avenue for monetization is growing the YouTube channel. If we can hit 1000 subscribers we can start receiving income from YouTube. We understand that YouTube is anti-free speech in general, but it is one of the paths we are having to pursue.

We have a shop that could bring in money if we have a surge of users as well.

Without a doubt the number one thing that will help us everywhere is growing our user base.

In the end, I’m not trying to ask for donations here. I’m really looking for ideas. Ideas to grow, ideas to monetize, anything. If we have to cut off IT support at the end of the year, so be it, and a few of us will do our best, but it puts us in a precarious position.

Exactly. And I edited my original post. Spellcheck jacked “aren’t” to “are.” They are not bluffing. Biggest money grab in history if they pull that off.
