Need y’all’s help. Firing off some questions for a town hall meeting next week to be answered by our big boss. This is what I have so far.
1. From today’s meeting, there are (32) calendar days until employees face disciplinary action and/or termination for not being vaccinated.
With the laundry list of topics; PWC, NHCFAE, Voluntary Leave Bank, CFC, resource planning and support, airport design challenge, green initiatives, xxx NAPA/PRIDE, in this month’s meeting, how come there is zero guidance provided for employees that have submitted religious/medical exemptions?
If employees that submitted one of the above, are not accommodated due to discrimination of their requests, who within xxx, do employees file Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) complaints to?
