• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. I follow what yall are saying, but feel like I must be missing something obvious here...would you explain to me like I'm 5 why you say the unvaccinated have a smaller percentage of people who previously had covid than the vaccinated group?

I feel like we have been over this, and I am just mixed up now, but to me it would seem that if either group has more people who already had covid, it would be the UNvaccinated group, because many people who already had the virus, don't feel the need to get the shot for it.

I think it is cool how American blues, and early rock & roll influenced the british musicians, which then influenced American musicians. I'm sure you know the Rolling Stones named themselves after a Muddy Waters song.





Those guys were enamored with American blues musicians. Good scene in the B.B. King documentary, The Life of Riley, where Keith Richards talks about trying to watch B.B., and to play that vibrato he is known for, and just failing miserably at it.

We're staying with Mountain Oasia Cabin Rentals. Our house is fantastic. Game room downstairs, fire pit outside, over looking the river. I'll keep a lookout for at companies today. We did the wine tour thing on Tuesday...there are 7. Definitely recommend that. Ott had the best view, Buckley just opened (incredible) and Chateau Meichtry had the best wines with a great view as well.

And not necessarily due to the political zealotry of the rank and file but the total absence of backbone, principle, masculine virtue

That's really not hyperbole

I will say I think the military is more built to lose the next war which will precipitate a "global" force on our soil more than it is to attack their own people

But those are the 2 directions I see

As I'm sure you know, all those white bands from back then do get shit for stealing black music- Led Zeppelin, perhaps most famously. As a massive Zeppelin fan, and huge blues fan as well, I see both sides of all that.

Mostly though, all musicians do it. All the blues guys ripped each other off long before rock & roll did it. At least they all make it their own, as did Zeppelin. The problem was that all the money was from white audiences, and they weren't spending it on blues. The Stones & LZ got filthy rich, while most of the blues guys died broke.

There's a lot of truth in your post, but your last sentence is terribly wrong. We're far from a holy nation. The blood of 60 million dead babies cries otherwise.

God holds nations accountable for what their leaders do. When the SCOTUS rendered Roe vs. Wade, 7 of them should've been hung on the steps of the court. When congress has passed one ungodly piece of legislation after another, we should have risen up. When some judge rules that mentally ill men get to use the bathroom with little girls, he should have to spend the rest of his life in hiding. Instead, in the face of all that and more, we sat on our hands.

Our founders warned us what was necessary to keep our union. Washington warned if we departed from God, we would fall. Madison said our constitution would only work for godly people. Thomas Jefferson told us what was required of us when the government no longer represented the people. We ignored their wisdom, Christians just as much as everyone else. God's people in America were fat and happy and decided they'd rather enjoy God's blessings instead of doing the necessary things to keep our country.
