Her comment on how self regulation obviously isn't working was the tip off for me. "Since self regulation wasn't working, the State must step in and regulate. For the good of the people, of course. We got you." And then censorship spins even more out of control.
Just as another option it could be patriots in control and continuing to lay the groundwork for ending section 230.
These big tech companies need brought to heel and this could be part of building the public opinion to make that happen.
