• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

This seems like misinformation. You can only be talking about the companies income not your personal salary. Why would you present yourself as not paying taxes?

You didn’t mention (on purpose?) that you were not talking about paying taxes on your salary from the company you own. Instead you took an effort to make it seem like smart owners know how to not pay taxes.

If you were not paying yourself a salary from your company, then you couldn’t have money to live on. If your company has great returns, and your CPA is showing enough expenses to show little profit to tax, then your salary must be listed as an expense. But then you would be an owner and a contractor who has a 1099 sent to them and to the Irs.

You should post more. You have the freedom of speech to show who you are.
The only way to make a lot of $$ and not pay taxes is to continuously buy equipment and trucks and so forth and write them off every year. Of course, unless you’re growing tremendously in a capital intensive industry, then you’re just wasting $$ on things you don’t need, and you wind up with unneeded fixed assets instead of a pile of cash.

Anyone who says they’re paying little or no tax on a continual basis is not really making $, lying, using the pointless scheme above, cheating, or most likely, doesn’t understand how much tax they’re paying. There are businesses that can shift income to other countries, but 99%+ of small businesses aren’t operating in multiple countries.

It’s kinda funny you say this because I had this exact conversation with a client today. They wanted to buy 10 vehicles for their field engineers to use and discontinue their reimbursement of mileage. Spend about $300k on vehicles vs reimbursing $30k each year. I told them that if that’s what they wanted to do from a business perspective then sure, make sure to do it before year end. But if they’re just buying the cars to save taxes, then they’re spending $300k in cash to save $100k in taxes. A losing scenario from a cash perspective. Nobody likes to pay taxes but sometimes it is the best fiscal decision.

Asking for spirits to come to you is a bad idea. They come.

However, you can just say out loud “ All spirits are not welcome here. Leave now”.

This is a power you will always have as long as you remember the words.

Works great when you wake up during a nightmare. Say the words and sleep peacefully.

Depends how you're organized. If you're incorporated (whether S-, C-, or an LLC filing as one) your post is correct. Sole prop LLC, not so much.

Very good article. Patriots are in control.

“On Monday, Cohen, a former Defense Intelligence Agency officer, penned a letter to the president on their behalf urging him to overrule intelligence agencies seeking to withhold portions of 12,000 records related to the Kennedy assassination that are supposed to be released next month.”

“We understand that agencies are asking you to extend the postponement of public disclosure for parts of many records subject to the JFK Act,” Cohen wrote, adding that in order to “bolster the American people’s confidence and trust in their government, the board unanimously recommends that you limit any further postponements of public disclosures of the Kennedy assassination records to the absolute minimum.”

That bitch on the right in the blue mask is a bitch in a man suite. Pathetic cuck’d snitch would pint around the room at people who broke their silly rules.

Gave a lesson on following unlawful orders to three cops. One never even heard of the Nuremberg Code and evening resorted to saying he was just following their orders. The other two silently nodded along with me. I then said I back the blue wil you back us? I saw a realization in their eyes. We are dead serious! No more mask mandates, no more stepping on our rights.

A young twenty two year old kid recited Patrick Henry and when we got to “Give me liberty or give me death!” I jumped up and yelled ‘hell yeah’ and walked out. 5 hours of public testimony and they still have a line out the door at 11PM. People are done!

Correct. The boy from baltimore in the 50s the exorcist movie was based on was in about 8th grade and use the ouija board and got possessed.

I thought wealthy just take loans against an asset and do not have to pay taxes? Or also setup trusts that donate to charities upon death, until then they take the returns from the trust and buy term insurance, etc?

Not doubting this story- but dude played football and also cheered??? Man- this younger generation sure is confused!

A good friend of mine in HS was a pretty good offensive tackle. He was about 6-5, 270 or so, and pretty quick. Only really recruited by small schools though, and grew up a bigtime Clemson fan. Clemson told him he could walk on, but they needed him to gain alot of weight, obviously. So he decided not to pursue football at the college level.

He went to Clemson, was a football cheerleader there and loved it. Can't blame him...get to have a front row seat to every game, home and away, and your job is basically to grab fine-ass, tiny girls by their crotch all day.

This is how it goes. Except I don’t end up with useless assets. If there is something I have to buy I don’t need, do so then sell for cash. Most of my money is moved to RE. I’m not claiming to make a million dollars a year and paying no taxes but it is possible to pay a fraction of what you owe if you understand finance and have a food accountant. The only person I’m lying to is the government. I believe I know how to handle my money better than them. If you have a problem with that then so be it.

This is correct. You have to make sure what you are doing make sense or can end up on the losing side of the transaction. I know a guy that does something similar. He says he would rather spend more money than send it to the government. Seems counterproductive but enjoy his spirit.

lol @ living somewhere that tells me what I have to wear..... Fuck I love Alabama

Scholarships. My former hs has won 2 national titles and 2 state titles. Ky has excellent cheer programs and sends tons of kids to college on scholly. Almost every dude that cheers at my former hs can get some sort of money for college for cheering. 2 of the starting qb's at my hs went to college on cheer scholly's.

Plus, you put your thumb up girls buts on the reg!

Then how do you eat?
Most people in that situation take a draw. Some just combine everything and let the accountant figure it out later, but I wouldn't recommend it. You're mistaking income with cash flow, but they're not the same thing. Depreciation (fixed assets which have a useful life greater than a year) for example, it's a non-cash expense, fully and legally deductible. Others are amortization (intangible assets such as software, goodwill, a franchise, contract, etc) and depletion (current asset stores which are used up such as oil reserves, mineral deposits in mines, etc). Even though cash wasn't laid out that year, you can deduct the estimated expense value of how much of its useful life is expended. Depending on the situation, it can be taken as a steady percent each year, or accelerated, even including depreciating it all at once. Then there are "standard" expenses which rarely match the actual expense exactly, like the mileage expense.

As a sole proprietorship, you are the business. You don't pay yourself. You're taxes on 100% of the business's net income at your personal income tax rate, and you also pay FICA on 100% of net income.

Sure, but taking loans isn’t income, it’s cash flow. Like Bezos wouldn’t have to take a salary of consequence to him, and he could finance any lifestyle he wanted with all that stock.

Income from a CRT is still taxable.

I’d wager the elites don’t pay any tax, or even file a return. Bezos doesn’t get audited, he tells the IRS who to audit if he desires.

Go to a tree trunk and take a piss. If it attracts ants you have high glucose. If it dries too fast you have high sodium. If it smells like meat you have high cholesterol. Forget to open you pants before pissing, you have Alzheimer's. Had trouble aiming at the tree? You have Parkinson's. If you pee on your feet--prostate problems.

Can't smell the pee? Definitely Wuhan Charlie.
