It depends on how she uses it. Merely taking a deposition does not cause the transcript to be part of the court records like a typical filed pleading does. However, she could attach part, or all, of the deposition to a pleading such as a motion for summary judgment to dismiss the suit against her. My thought is that if she gats anything good out of the deposition she will find a way to make it public. But be sure that Dominion would fight to have it designated as confidential and likely base it on containing proprietary business information.
