Tater has always been out of his league when talking with other world leaders, member of congress, his ant farm, the American people, and pretty much any time he has a thought and verbalizes it. There is almost 50 years of proof to back it up.
Think of the benefits of having an IG report that shows the investigation was handled correctly before the results of the investigation is released. This would preempt a likely initial defense (distraction) of the results. I think this is great.
