I’m from KC originally, KC has massive underground very public storage caves, which is likely this. Now whether they lead to an underground system I have no idea, but this is public knowledge. I want to say the Hunt family owned these storage caves near the football stadium. It does make you wonder though as centrally located in this country so natural outlet or entry point.
These were on prem servers, though.
