Police: Two teens arrested after carjacking in Southeast DC
WASHINGTON (
DC News Now) — Officers arrested two teenage boys after they allegedly carjacked a driver in Southeast last month, D.C. police said Wednesday.
Just after 7 p.m. on March 6, police said the teens (a 14-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy), both from Southeast, approached a person in a car in the 1700 block of 16th St. SE. before taking out a gun and demanding the car.
The victim cooperated, and the teens drove away in the vehicle, according to police.
