Good Afternoon - Jonathan Turco here, Elise Stefanik's Deputy Finance Director with an important update,
Due to the historic debt ceiling deal between Speaker McCarthy and President Biden, Congresswoman Stefanik has been called back to DC for votes to pass the Fiscal Responsibility Act which will cut federal spending and prevent a default on our National debt. Due to these votes, our event will now need to be postponed. The event is now scheduled for Thursday, June 1, 2023 at the same time and location (Saratoga National). The VIP reception will begin at 6:00 PM and the general reception will begin at 6:30 PM. If you already donated and are unable to attend on June 1st, we are happy to process a refund or we can comp you at our next Saratoga event. If you can kindly respond to this email or to Jonathan@eliseforcongress.com or please call Jonathan at 845-548-5751 it would be greatly appreciated. FYI- my response to the email was that if she voted for it, she will lose all my support, and that I would hope she would be primaried and I would vote for that person
