James launched his More Than A Vote campaign to help African-Americans make their voices heard at the polls. The movement was credited with helping Georgia gain two Democrat senators and turn the state blue for Biden during the 2020 election.
It’s unclear whether James would give up a pretty nice lifestyle in Los Angeles for the cutthroat world of politics. In August, he told Vice’s "Stick To Sports" he had friends telling him to run for president.
He said at the time "it seemed like a lot."

It is not a "violation of constitutional rights" to demand a large sum. It just isn't. If he didn't have standing independent of the suit, he doesn't have it now.
I truly believe that if we can rediscover and unlock Tesla’s life work the world will be forever changed in a short amount of time. Everyone is trying to invent large capacity energy storage units big enough to run cities. I don’t think that is the path. Tesla was working on simple means of producing and transmitting immense electrical power safely and almost effortlessly and without the need for complex infrastructure. Vibrations and harmonics will also solve a multitude of issues including transportation and medical applications.

Fair point - Assuming his counterclaim is only based on damages. If any other claim is in there, then my prior point would have more bearing.
I would love nothing more than to write article after article digging into this. I am an electrical engineer by trade and a mystic by choice.
Something many people don't understand is that things that we perceive as physical, even our bodies or something like a steel beam, are mostly just free space. So what we perceive as the physical can be much better described as fields.
But in the mean time we gotta focus on things we can do to make a difference so we can foster a golden age of enlightenment - we need to cut out the source of all this division and work together to unify to start the next renaissance.

Lol. I've said this before on here, but a Great Awakening is not everyone waking up and believing like you (not you specifically - but each of us as an individual).
But rather a Great Awakening is everyone waking up and realizing that they have been wrong about nearly everything they know and willing to start over in the search for Truth.
It's a process that repeats through history. There was a group called the Rosicrucians that helped bridge the gap between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
There is an obscure Rosicrucian writing called the Universal Reformation that is very enlightening.
