I spoke with a client yesterday. He is 82 y/o and a former POW from WWII. He told me an interesting story--several actually.

After receiving his 2nd Jab, he started feeling strange in his legs and eventually became so immobilized he could not walk. Into several Dallas hospitals and nobody could figure out what caused this malady or how to correct it. They sent him home to live out the rest of his life. His son lives in Ardmore, OK, and brought him to a local hospital. They did all sorts of test and could not find out what was causing his issue. As he was leaving the hospital they called and said get back here now. They evidently found something in the tests and he spent 10 more days in the hospital and walked out on his own afterwards. He didn't say what they found or how they treated it but he said whatever they did cured him. He believes it was caused by the Jabs.

Today, I was speaking to my neighbor, a pastor. He knows a 70 y/o old retired MD at his church who is experiencing the same symptoms. I suggested having the two speak with each other. We'll see.

Battaglia marks the first time in Maryland history a judge has found a congressional map violated the state constitution, deciding that it violated rules laid out in Maryland law traditionally applied to legislative districts requiring them to be compact and to give regard to political subdivisions. She also ruled that the map in turn violated the state constitution’s equal protection, free speech and free elections clauses.

She said the weight of the evidence “yields the conclusion that the 2021 Congressional Plan in Maryland is an ‘outlier,’ an extreme gerrymander that subordinates constitutional criteria to political considerations.”

Battaglia enjoined the map from being used in this year’s primary and general elections in Maryland and ordered the General Assembly to redraw the map by March 30 — a furious deadline for what has often been a weeks-long process.

After reading this suit it appears Trump is going after each person named jointly and severally. If he prevails he is asking for treble damages as well as costs and attorney fee's. Adding them up it appears, if Trump prevails on all, he could reap several hundred million dollars.

I wonder if this suit was filed as a precursor to Durham following shortly with indictments which could contain additional information which Trump could incorporate in this suit to ask for even more money? Or, use any information from any indictments to further solidify what is mentioned in the suit.
