the guy that shot the cop in the Breonna Taylory case wasn't charged due to it being a no knock raid. I actually agree with this. You can't assume it's the cops coming through your door. No knocks need to go bye bye except for Tony Montana level criminals.

Only the no knock I do believe was a lie. The officers involved stated many times they pounded on the door numerous times announcing they were the police.
