I told my girlfriend exactly this about 2 months ago. I think this is the way forward. Rent out space and start a k-12 school like we used to have and bypass all the BS in public schools.

Something like this needs to happen at the university level too. Having a hard time articulating my issues right now, but we need to have apprenticeships for business and STEM jobs and demolish the system as it is. Medical can break off and have their own system.

Education system is completely broken and just a mechanism for government control and manipulation
