Apparently this dude was cheating by dropping fishing weights into the fish before weigh in. He was a long time champion and this is the moment he got busted. Wonder if he will be arrested? He won a lot of $$$ (edit: over $306,000!)at the previous fishing tournaments so it definitely had an affect on the other fisherman.
