Carnivore Diet

I only made it like two weeks then added vegetables back in. Specifically stuff that fights inflammation. Started feeling great and dropped 38 lbs. just carnivore was rough. Felt like hell for about 8-10 days.
I've read the transition is hard. Lot's of people rave about it online though.

Yeah, there are people that had chronic issues that have subsided. Jordan Peterson’s daughter is one.

Edit: I think she’s had to modify it a bit because of vitamin deficiencies. Been a while since I read up on it

I tried it to help with back pain. I was highly skeptical but after 2 weeks my back felt better and after a month I had zero back pain. It was hard to stay on it from lack of choice. All I had to drink was water, coffee and tea with no sweetener at all.

I never thought I'd get tired of beef of chicken.

Its very unhealthy why would you do or why would anybody do a diet like that?
Why not eat meat and veggies. Its far better and your body responds correctly

Well if thats true and it does that then point being... Otherwise its very unhealthy

Just cutting out breads and sugars does wonders. Did a mostly carnivore for a few weeks, added in some veggies, and felt better, but fell off the wagon. Going to start it up again soon
