I am certainly no fan of Biden but this seems like the right answer. Weed (in small quantities) is such a non-deal in the grand scheme.
This and pushing for decriminalization at the federal level were two things I wanted Trump to push before re-election.
Should probably wait until Congress passes laws to make marijuana legal before mass pardons.
