Nintendo has a history of abandoning their consoles for better tech, in my opinion the N64 should've been the console Nintendo stayed with for a long time but I have to say that the Genesis was better. It had better graphics and most of it's games were ok at least. The SNES only had a few great games and the rest were just awful.
