Hard to tell what happened from that video...were there 2 seperate incidents at the same time? Looked like the truck blew up, but then when the camera panned left, there was a huge fire and smoke seemingly nowhere near the truck.

The description says the explosions are separate, and not related? Curious if the exposions were related, seems unlikely they are not. Maybe you can tell us, since you are so good at reading.

If you watch and listen carefully, on the driver rear...........right after the parachute deploys you hear several pops. You can see the driver side rear wheels get closer to the ground ( which indicates the tires blew up). This explains the pan to the right and subsequent flip. I would bet some money that the tires failed on the driver rear.
In the video, @ 20sec-21sec is where the tires blow............you can see pieces fly up in the air right after the pop
