Baby girl dies from suspected heat-related illness after boating trip on Lake Havasu
Heat is believed to be the cause of a 4-month-old's death following a boating trip on Lake Havasu.
"LAKE HAVASU, AZ (AZFamily) — A baby girl has died after heat-related complications following a boating trip on Lake Havasu over the holiday weekend, the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office says.
While details are limited, the sheriff’s office says a 4-month-old child suffered a heat-related illness while on a boat around 5:10 p.m. on Friday, July 5.
The baby was rushed to Havasu Regional Medical Center and then airlifted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The sheriff’s office says the child died a short time later

A verified GoFundMe account identified the baby as 4-month-old Tanna Rae Wroblewski.
According to the page, the family was enjoying a day on the lake when the young girl lost consciousness. Family members started CPR until rescue crews arrived.
“Our precious baby girl gave us her last smiles and we gave her our last kisses. We will never understand why you had to leave so soon, you were just too perfect,” the GoFundMe page reads.
Records show the temperature in the Lake Havasu area at that date and time was 118 degrees.

Eco-Warriors will interpret this story as proof that Mother Nature is punishing us by bumping off our children via the summer heat, Feminists will view this as testament to American families valuing their sons more than their daughters/the intersection of feminism and Climate Justice, while Men's Rights Activists will dig up a story of a male infant dying under similar circumstances, then cite the fact that it received one day less coverage as testament that Gynocentrism is all around us
I'm frankly disappointed by a separate subject though... The Grand Canyon State's residents haven't yet resurrected the Anasazi practice of gutting their kiddos on stone altars at dusk on Sundays, so as to appease The Rain Gods with the blood and viscera of innocents. The closest we get to seeing that sort of thing in The US these days is The Believers
