• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Any vitamins or supplements you have taken that make a noticeable, positive affect?

Mostly well known and obvious ones, but nevertheless these have all been very helpful to me.

B12 - I’ve got the dissolvable ones that I put under my tongue. Effective once a week, but any more than that it seems it’s not near as effective.

Theanine combined with Caffeine - specifically when taken together. The theanine helps balance out the jitteriness of the caffeine and it provides good focus for me for several hours

Melatonin - I think most people are familiar or have gotten some use out of this. Again I like to get the dissolvable ones and let it dissolve under my tongue. Seems to work faster and more effective

Anyone have anything that has been effective for them? I prob got more, but my brain cells aren’t working too good right now
