This is for men who still believe their is hope for a LTR in our current reality.
With the mass adoption of dating apps, and social media this has drastically increased womans standards for facial looks, height, as well as status. Money and personality are not major factors. This is for short term relationships or hookups. However, for long term relationships women still find that cash is king and personality/masculine frame are the most important factors for the LTR's. Unfortunately for women they're stupid and follow other women which leads to all of them attempting to lock down Chad's or celebs or high status people which will inevitably fail due to those individuals normally lacking in personality and the non famus Chad's will lack both the Cash and status most of the time. Now if you're a Chad (8+ looks 6 foot or taller) with status and wealth combined with personality/masculine frame
Also, what this graph doesn't show is that the high tier normies (6-7.9) who are selected because of their excellent game it will mostly be from girls who are sub 5's or single mothers or land whales even worse black sub 5 land whales who are single mothers. Basically your bottom barrel women.
Now the only way to get with 7+ females as a high tier normie would be to achieve top 1% status (1M followers, celebrity, pro athlete, top 500 singer, TV personality, etc). The issue with status is they're most likely just with you to leach off your status to gain more fame and fortune for themselves.
As a male if you're a sub 4 and or below 5'8" it's not worth even attempting to find a female in this dating market unless you have extensive surgeries to increase your height and possibly increase your facial looks to a 7 if possible as it all depends on how much work needs to be done and how much money you have. Now if you're around a normie and above the best thing one can do is to looks max and niche max.
Facial looks maxing I recommend the following:
1.) Derma Rolling: increase collagen within the skin for a better complexion
2.) Diet: Again it improves the complexion of your skin and gets rid of blemishes. Fruit and raw meat diet baby. Don't forget to mostly drink reverse osmosis water.
3.) Skin care: Seabuckthorn oil for washing your face, Aragon oil for a moisturizer, and rose water as a toner.
4.) Derma rolling for your hair and beard: This increases the thickness and growth of your hair and beard. All organic whole foods.
5.) He Shou Wu: a powerful triple herb Chinese extract that increases longevity and changes your hair color to dark black from grey or white or even if it's brown it will turn it to a dark black.
6.) Facial Exercises: These can be used to modify your facial features but with limitations. You can raise your cheek bones, develop hunter eyes, hollow cheeks, develop a sharp and powerfull jawline, thin and straighten your nose, etc. There is equipment for you to chew one side at a time for your jaw, mewing for your jawline and a more compact face, and many more exercises.
7.) Gym Max: This improves your facial aesthetics by lowering your body fat percentage. Increasing your neck size is a very important muscle group that is often overlooked. Ideally, you should aim for a body fat percentage of under 12% and pack on 20 lbs of muscle mass without getting to the point where you're too big where it looks like you live at the gym. This will have negative effects for attracting women.
8.) Grooming: cold showers is great for your hair trim and take care of your beard and eyebrows. Castrol oil is great for the eyebrows.
9.) Sleep: This varies per person but normally 7-9 hours of high quality sleep is sufficient for most men.
NICHE MAXING: This basically decreases your pool of total women but decreases your competition at a higher percentage if you max out certain areas. This is great to beat the competition of men who are on your level. For instance say you're a 6 in your area and 10% of men are the same race, similar height, frame, with similar facial aesthetics as you. The way to separate from the pack is to niche max.

2.) Jewlery: find accessories that accentuate your good features.
3.) Hair cuts: Find a style that works well with your face type/shape/tone
4.) Sun glasses: Again, you have to find the right color and type for your face. If you're a light tan color with a nearly square type or military/batman face then red aviators could be a good look.
