Puddin is waving the white flag with his latest EO and trying to shift the blame to the unvaxxed and the GOP. His admission about the 20% is a huge tell because it represents the number who will never get it not the number who hasn’t gotten it to date.

They know they’ll never be able to to declare victory over the virus and full employment isn’t expected until 2023 if nothing else goes wrong.

According to the math I just did off of “polling” it would be 7% of the total population that would never get it.

I don’t believe that based on personal experience but that’s what the “polling” says.
