Women aren’t capable of leading eachother or working in teams for goals without a man.
They are empathetic but they have no idea how to critically assess performance and make value judgements regarding said performance. They painstakingly will spend hours trying to help someone and make excuses for them despite them being a complete lost cause.
Also women are terrible at answering for their mistakes and saying “I was wrong” and that’s a skill that you need as a head coach especially after losses

I thought OP had a solid point if for no other reason then men coaching women is kinda creepy after about age 8.

Most of the male coaches in female sports were questionable at best. Just some weird dudes. More creepy than queer, but a disgusting mixture nevertheless.
Women want to win.
