The 5th Amendment applies only to an individual who could incriminate themselves by answer questions or making statements on record. IF Hunter has no chance of self-incrimination, why doesn't congress simply ask him, under oath, :

"Why did you get pardoned?"

That is exactly what will happen if the "pardon" by biden can be upheld.
They can compell him to testify since he can no longer incriminate himself. He could get on the hook for perjury if he lies. He will have to answer all questions
