Why is Ketanji a Supreme Court Justice? Could it be she was the token Black lady Harvard needed to fill a quota? Ditto for her appointment to the high Court. What do you expect? She only had a single year of actual experience as a lawyer. She is the most inexperienced Justice to occupy that position. She is the reason we would benefit from having Supreme Court Justices be appointed for a set time period and then return back to private life.
