Why is Ken Griffin more orange than Donald Trump?

I mean sure Kenny is about to lose his hedge fund and all his billions of dollars but how does stress turn you orange? I've never heard of this before. The only other orange person I know of is Donald Trump, and Kenny is officially more orange than Trump ever was.
