How I feel when I sleep on my left side
Same for me. I naturally want to sleep on my left side but my body just won’t let me. I’ve found if I squeeze a pillow in the right place under my armpit I can get a couple hours before the pain is unbearable.

I never got the problem properly diagnosed by a doctor but it’s some partially torn labrum, rotator cuff or something like that from a weight room thing almost 10 years ago. I remember exactly when it happened, but just never did anything about it. And at this point shoulder surgery just seems like a nightmare

Mine was bone spurs, had them removed a few years ago and sleeping is a lot better but I still get a little sore and will roll over at night
