Quick run of the numbers, our AirBNB will gross about 33K this year (took cleaning fees out of gross). And, we didn't start renting til mid-may.

And, got one 3 doors down under contract. And, I own the one next door too. And the one 2 doors down may be going on the market. Gonna have a little AirBNB fiefdom by this time next year.
