Brats tonight. Gonna try your Sear > Beer method. I always did it the reverse method.
Ribs. Smoked some chicken legs too for kids. Grilled sweet potatoes.
tried something different with ribs. Not sure how it will turn out. But with half a gummy and this new 27% strand of flower I’m not gonna care.
Edit: legs look dry but they are ridiculously juicy. Really happy with them.

I got some new gummies Friday. Me Time. 100% indica and no joke. Polished off a pals infinity bottle of bourbon on top of those last night. Just a bit foggy today.

Ribs were perfect. Nice smoke and little tug from bone. Cooked 2-2 at 300 instead of 2-2-1. Like it better.

Put it over charcoal at about 550 degrees. Blasted it for 4 minutes on the first side and then flipped it and 6 on the second.
