didnt share much as most didnt from their time in NAM it seems.
He was in the bush and saw and did a lot of dirty shit.
He was a small man which i believe favored a man in the junglr He mentioned some half ass story about them thinking all GIs were over 6 foot tall. A few booby traps he encountered early were geared towards tall men and he saw this with a guy directly in front of him for the most part losing a head, He carried it out of the jungle.
Great and humble gentleman and great American. Got to spend time in Old Town Sunday with Army lifers as he was and they are so disappointed in this country. Which includes their grand kids... both said
